Return & Exchange Policy

At Clean Print, we understand the importance of ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. We take great care to ensure that all products are made to your exact specifications. However, in the rare event that you receive a wrong product, damaged product, or a product that does not meet your printing specifications, we offer an exchange policy.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at info@cleanprint.in within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide:

Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with an exchange address and instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us. Please note that the product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

After receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your exchange. If the product(s) meet our exchange policy criteria, we will send you the replacement product(s) at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product(s) are defective, damaged, or not as per the printing specifications provided.

Order Cancelation

There is no policy for order cancelation. You may request a refund or replacement only after receiving your order, subject to the exchange conditions stated above.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered under any situation or for any order.
